With more than 1200 employees and nearly 300 ambulances, Southwest Ambulance is one of the largest ambulance providers in the Southwestern United States serving more than 25 communities.
 Our customer relationship policy requires that for every inquiry a call is returned from a Southwest Ambulance manager within 10 minutes. If the issue is not resolved immediately, the facility receives a visit from a manager.
Our strong relationship with our employees led to the creation of a 20-year pension, making Southwest Ambulance the first private provider in the country to have a pension similar to many municipal departments.
