 Whether hosting a party for residents, providing free gifts or visiting a resident that was transported earlier, our employees are very involved in many of the facilities we serve. Southwest also has a "Home for the Holidays" program where we transport facility residents to the home of family members for a few hours so they can share some holiday memories outside of the care facility. Customer Advocates visit facility staff and administrators constantly to review the service they receive from Southwest and to ensure facilities receive the highest level of medical care from friendly, on-time and well-groomed Southwest employees.
