Customer Advocates visit hospital staff and administrators constantly to review the service they receive from Southwest and to ensure facilities receive the highest level of medical care from friendly, on-time and well-groomed Southwest employees. Southwest regularly Donates supplies, funds and time to area hospitals to ensure the highest levels of care. We also make vehicles available to transport medical equipment, supplies and records between hospital facilities upon request.
