Mesa
Image Southwest has been the proud partner of the Mesa Fire Department in serving the City of Mesa for the last 22 years (16 as the sole provider).

Under the contract agreement with the City of Mesa, there is zero charge to the City or Fire Department for Southwest

Ambulance’s services. Patients and/or their medical coverage carrier are directly responsible for emergency medical costs. All medical care and transport rates are set by the State of Arizona’s Department of Health Services- not Southwest Ambulance.

Southwest Ambulance is proud that its National Headquarters are in Mesa, and is in the process of completing a new 17-acre Headquarters campus in Mesa in the fall of 2006.
