(Mesa, Ariz) To celebrate Cinco De Mayo, Southwest Ambulance is transporting Westwood High School’s Mariachi Viva to care facilities to share festive music with residents on May 4. Media are invited to join us at any of our stops (see below). At each location, the ambulance will pull up and the student led Mariachi Band will exit the back of the ambulance while playing as they stroll into the facility to waiting residents. “Since the residents couldn’t attend a Cinco De Mayo performance elsewhere, we thought we’d bring the Mariachi Viva to them,” said Jeff Sargent, President of Southwest Ambulance. “This is a great opportunity for Southwest Ambulance and the Westwood High School student musicians in the Mariachi Viva to share Cinco De Mayo in a unique, fun and memorable way.” What: Westwood High School Mariachi Viva to Exit a Southwest Ambulance and Enter Care Facilities to entertain residents for Cinco De Mayo.
